At our May meeting we assigned VBS teams by allowing those in attendance to choose what team they wanted. Those not in attnedance were assigned to the spots that were left.
Each team needs to meet ASAP to plan how you are going to divide up the story-telling and how you want to cooridinate sharing His story. If you've not received a call from someone on your team, go ahead and contact them and set up a time to get together. This is the most imporant thing we will be doing there and we can't drop the ball because we would not take one hour to be prepared.
