What is Covered in the Cost of the Trip

Lunch for 150 children each day we are there
VBS materials
Teen Night Activities with the Lakota Teenagers
All meals while on the reservation
Travel Expenses (gas, truck rental, 2 nights in Hotel)
Admission to Custer State Park on the sight-seeing day

What is NOT Covered in the Cost of the Trip

Meals eaten while traveling (about 9 meals)
Additional entertainment (Jeep Ridges at Custer, etc.)
Your personal spending money

Policy Regarding the Vans

All team members 21 and over will be required to drive
Drivers are not permitted to drive for more than 2 hours at a time
Adhere to the speed limit
Drivers must keep both hands on the wheel - no eating, drinking, playing with the radio, etc.
The Truck leads the way but we drive at the pace of the least comfortable driver
All persons must wear a seat belt while in the vans
Stay in the van you are assigned so that we can account for you and not leave anyone behind
No persons sitting in the very back seat for safety reasons
